Our oldest & wisest member of the McKenzie Projects team, Stevie has over 30 years experience working within the Construction industry after joining his family’s building company when he left school. After six years learning to estimate and manage teams he moved into recruitment where he stayed for seventeen years reaching Regional Director level, before deciding to return to the contracting world. With excellent communication & people skills, he oversees all aspects of Business Development, Client retention, Recruitment and supports all projects and maintenance services. He is passionate about collaboration in business and truly believes everyone involved should win. His interests away from work include playing Golf, going to live gigs, supporting Hibernian FC & spending time with his family, friends and his dog, Roxie.

Contracts Manager
I am the Contracts Manager at McKenzie Projects, responsible for overseeing construction and maintenance works from tender stage through to handover, with a strong focus on clear processes, quality, and communication. I come from a background in both domestic and commercial construction, supported by my earlier career in the British Army, where I learned the value of planning, teamwork, and doing the basics well. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, travel, and hill walking.
