The team at McKenzie Projects have proved to be very proactive; the location of the site required them to operate without direct supervision from ourselves for much of the time. We were able to build up a great working relationship with both the site team and the management team, which allowed works to progress well on site and any issues were resolved quickly. From a contract administrator's perspective, McKenzie Projects were not claims conscious, and both interim valuations and the final account were agreed without issues. We have already invited McKenzie Projects to tender for other works, and I look forward to working with Steven and his team in the future.

We recently used McKenzie Projects to carry out a full office refurbishment, we required all trades; joinery, electrical, decorating etc and using one company for all made the process smooth & hassle free. Steven was extremely helpful & knowledgeable in helping us with this project from design ideas down to insurance paperwork. We couldn't have asked for more & so happy to be back in our office after a leak from an upstairs neighbour, thanks to them both & their team. Since engaging with McKenzie Projects in March 2022 I have found them to be a brilliant company to work with helping us with the smallest maintenance jobs through to project managing a refurbishment of our former Soft Play and Interactive Learning centre.
