When a new factoring client asked us to inspect a recently acquired building in need of attention, we arranged a visit right away. Just one week later, we stood in the communal stairwell at 94 Lothian Road—a space untouched for decades and long overdue for a full refurbishment.

After assessing the scope of work and aligning with the available budget, we agreed terms and got to work.

⏩ 6 weeks later, we handed back a transformed stairwell, following a full upgrade that included:
