When Hardies Property & Construction Consultants contacted us for help last month I listened to their plight. Frustratingly another contractor decided they couldn’t manage works awarded to them and with a lease deadline looming the pressure was on. Fast forward four weeks and I’m proud to say Mckenzie Projects stepped up to deliver the works on time and within original budget.

Site: Ground floor commercial unit with single storey extension to rear.

Scope of Work:
Install new lintel above window opening
Install new UPVC window to rear elevation
Install new SIKA Roughcast to 3 elevations
Clear & remove all excess materials from site.
