Scope of work:
Overseeing extensive refurbishment, including:

• Strip out existing Male/ Female Bathrooms & reinstate new.
• Strip back front façade & prepare for ceramic tiling.
• Fit ceramic tiles to front façade.
• External Decoration to front façade.
• Internal Decoration throughout Restaurant.
• Joinery improvements throughout Restaurant.
• Fit ceramic wall/floor tiles to Bar & Front of Restaurant areas.
• Fit ceramic wall tiles in Disabled Toilet.
• Fit new Suspended Ceiling in Kitchen.
• Electrical improvements throughout Restaurant including new external/internal lighting.
• Assisting Signage contractor with installation.
