Project Recovery: Edinburgh Hotel Refurbishment 

When a new client from England reached out to us back in May, they were in a tough spot — let down midway through a hotel refurbishment in the heart of Edinburgh and facing serious concerns about meeting their programme of works.

We listened, assessed, and got to work.

A few months on, our team has been steadily turning the project around, delivering key works including:
