Refurbish a 3 storey shop

When our new client approached us in April with their plans to refurbish a 3 storey shop in Oban you could say the 3 hours drive from Edinburgh sprung to the front of my mind. After carefully weighing everything up I’m glad we accepted the challenge and as I reflect on delivering Mckenzie Projects’s largest contract to date I do so with immense pride. For us this is the classic case of going outwith your comfort zone, embracing it and growing together as a team.

As Project Managers we oversaw:

Roof & external repairs/maintenance
Strip out existing fixtures/floor coverings
Drylining & Taping to walls, columns, ceilings
Decoration – Internal & External
Mechanical & Electrical upgrade
Lighting & Alarm upgrade
Joinery upgrade
Flooring – Altro to Staff Toilets & Stairwell
Builders/Sparkle Clean
