As Principal Contractor we project managed an extensive refurbishment of a former WH Smith store (3 storeys) with works including:

Roof & external repairs/maintenance

Strip out existing fixtures & floor coverings

Drylining & Taping to walls, columns, ceilings

Decoration – Internal & External

Mechanical & Electrical upgrade

Lighting & Alarm upgrade

Joinery upgrade

Flooring – Altro Safety flooring to Staff Toilets & Stairwell

Builders/Sparkle Clean
