As Principal Contractor we project managed an extensive refurbishment to a 5 Bedroom HMO flat with works including:

Strip out existing Kitchen & Bathroom.

Install new Kitchen.

Install new Bathroom replacing bath for shower.

Upgrade Heating system.

Decoration throughout.

Flooring – install new carpets throughout with LVT to Kitchen, Bathroom & Shower room.

Sparkle Clean.
