Scope of work:
As Principal Contractor we project managed a transformation of the former Oddbins Wine Shop into a Property Letting office with works including:

Strip out.

Joinery/Drylining – create a new “Turret Room” and fit out Basement.

Install Suspended Grid Ceiling.
Mechanical – Upgrade Sanitary ware & plumb in new Kitchenette.

Electrical – Full rewire, install new LED Lighting throughout and new alarm system.

Decoration – Internal and extensive work to Shopfront.

Flooring – install Herringbone LVT to main office & carpet tiles to Basement staff/storage areas.

Sparkle Clean.
